Real estate has been in Donna Demis’ DNA since she was born. Growing up in the Midwest with a Commercial Developer and Realtor as her father, Donna was raised with a strong work ethic that she maintains today as she provides exceptional service to buyers and sellers throughout the state of Colorado.
With 20 years of real estate experience and hundreds of hours of education, Donna takes pride in providing up-to-date services and knowledge to her clients. Donna holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, as well as holds several industry-specific designations, including: Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Expert (SRE), Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), Master Certified Negotiations Expert (MCNE), Divorce Negotiations Expert (DNE), and Masters of Real Estate (MRE). In her first year in real estate in 1996, Donna achieved The Million Dollar Club and she became a Managing Broker in 2004. She also has earned the 5280 5 Star Performer designation for seven years running.

I provide seller’s with a customized Design to Sell. I will meet with you and show you my Specialized Plan to get your home sold in the least amount of time. I offer staging as well as tips for you to improve the appeal of your home so that it will sell quickly. I provide all sellers with a Comprehensive Market Analysis which explains statistics and analysis of what is happening in the neighborhood in terms of active listings and the solds in the area. I provide open houses, feature cards, brochures, and feedback for each showing. I mail out email flyers to thousands of Realtors across Colorado and provide private showings of your home.
