Allendale Real Estate
Arvada's Allendale neighborhood is a popular Colorado community containing many reasonably priced single-family homes mostly built during the 1960s and 1970s. The subdivision derives its name from William Allen, a Canadian, who came to Colorado in 1859 to establish a 320 acre farm which was later developed into several residential neighborhoods including Allendale.
