Most homes in Westminster's Countryside neighborhood were built in the 1970s. However, there is a small area of Countryside called Lakeview Estates which was built in the 1990s.

The older homes in the neighborhood range from about 1,500 to 2,000 finished square feet and sell for approximately $150,000 to the low $200s.

There are 39 custom homes in the Lakeview Estate section, which were all custom built in the 1990s and sit directly across from Stanley Lake. These homes are larger with approximately 3,000 finished square feet. Many also have full basements. These homes sell for about $250,000 to approximately $300,000.
